Abstract- Ad hoc networks are completely mobile, wireless and infrastructure less. The paper tries to state about the extension of the range of Internet access, providing multi hop paths wireless access to them. In this situation, where there exists many nodes who want to communicate in Internet through the gateway having Internet providing services. For this common gateway architecture used, that sends traffic using the closest neighbors through all nodes that is within the range of intermediate node and wants to access the Internet. This mechanism is continued throughout the network. The node which is out of range from any of these nodes does not access the Internet node.

Abstract-A Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a decentralized network of autonomous and self organized wireless nodes. The paper tries to state about the performance of TCP with moving gateway in an adhoc network. The TCP with mobile IP gives the mobility support to the adhoc nodes. The moving gateway work s as a common gateway for rest of the nodes that send traffic using the closest neighbors through all nodes that is within the range of intermediate node(s). The hop-to-hop transfer mechanism is continued throughout the network until destination is not reached. If any node is not receiving data in any way, it means the node is not connected with the gateway.

Abstract- A Mobile Ad-Hoc Network (MANET) is a decentralized network of autonomous and self organized wireless nodes. The paper tries to analyze the performance of MAC protocols with mobile server using client-server architecture for different routing protocols in adhoc network. We have observed in this simulation the different MAC protocols affects TCP performance. The MAC protocol synchronizes between the nodes in network for the bandwidth reservation. That actually tries to maximize the bandwidth efficiency. The TCP with mobile IP gives the mobility support to the adhoc nodes. The moving server (gateway) works as a common gateway for rest of the nodes that send traffic using the closest neighbors through all nodes, which are there in the transmission range of intermediate node(s). The hop-to-hop transfer mechanism is continued throughout the network until destination is not reached. If node is not receiving data from the gateway, it means the node is not connected with the Internet. In this paper, we have enhanced the idea of wireless medium for places where direct wireless connection is not present.
